 A HIPAA Privacy and Compliance Program has been designed to prevent violations of applicable health information privacy laws.

 The Privacy and Compliance Program includes the appointment of a privacy officer responsible for monitoring and maintaining all HIPAA standards applicable to this office.

 These standards include but are not limited to protecting the privacy of all information gathered from medical records and online from  www.DRMOHANTY.com. Information collected will not be disseminated without the express written consent of the patient and/or guardian.
