    Payment for services rendered are expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. While we do not finance treatment options, we can assist you in making financial arrangements. We would also be happy to assist you in filing claims with your insurance carrier to obtain reimbursements for services provided. It is important that you provide insurance information and "Assignment of Benefits" information prior to your initial appointment with our office.
